COD3Xprovides AI-powered trading agents, automation tools, and analytics services for cryptocurrency markets. The Service includes but is not limited to: AI trading agents, automated strategies, market analysis, backtesting, and portfolio management features. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Understanding the risks associated with cryptocurrency and automated trading
Making your own investment decisions and not relying solely on AI agent recommendations
Properly configuring and monitoring your AI trading agents

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
Manipulate markets or engage in fraudulent activities

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, COD3X shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless COD3X and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, ourselves, or third parties, or for any other reason.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in the United States.
